By accessing and using Probily ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Probily is operated by a licensed entity under the jurisdiction of Curacao.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online prediction market trading is permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Trading Rules

All trades are final once executed. Market resolution is determined by publicly verifiable outcomes as described in each market. Probily reserves the right to void trades or markets in cases of manipulation, technical errors, or ambiguous resolution criteria.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH). Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification for amounts exceeding $500. Processing times vary but typically complete within 24 hours.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity. Automated trading bots are not permitted without prior approval. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Probily is not liable for any losses incurred from trading. Trading on prediction markets involves risk, including the possible loss of your entire deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
